Welcome to Functional Elevation. We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3 to 10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivers in 1 to 3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a specific amount (if applicable, as displayed on our store).

3. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly via the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Damages and Issues

Functional Elevation is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive your order damaged, or if the wrong item arrives, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and send us a photo via email so we can review the issue and ship a replacement right away.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
